Sima Guang (1019~1086 AD) was a native of Shushui Township, Xia County, Shaanxi Prefecture, Song Dynasty. At the beginning of Zhezong, he entered the dynasty as the prime minister, dismissed Wang Anshi's new law, and restored the old system. Died to Wen Guogong, Zhen Wenzheng, known as Mr. Shushui. He is the author of the General Guide to Information Governance, the Ancient Record, and the Chronicle of the Shui Shui.
